A trained lawyer, Laurent Ceccaldi held the position of Legal Manager at Gaumont Télévision and GTV before beginning his career as an audiovisual producer at Marathon Media in 2007.

He founded Bakéa Productions in 2010 and, four years later, decided to partner with Caroline Solanillas to create En Voiture Simone.
