Before teaming up with Laurent Ceccaldi to create En Voiture Simone in 2014, Caroline Solanillas started her career in 1989 at Caméras Continentales, where she held several positions before becoming Secretary General. She then worked at Vertigo Productions from 1994 to 1999, during which time she produced fiction and documentaries (10 ans d’Humanité, L’Amérique des Néoconservateurs, etc.) and worked on France 3’s cultural talk-show Culture et dépendances.

In 2006, she became Associate Producer at LM Productions, where she specialized in fiction.

She has produced a dozen or so TV movies (Y’aura pas école demain, En cas de malheur, Big Jim, La Veuve Tatouée, etc.), mini-series (Le Silence de l’Epervier and Hôtel de la Plage) and short fictions (Parents-enfants: vivre ensemble).
